With over three decades of engineering leadership, Er. Sudhir Soni has pioneered structural design across Rajasthan. As a Chartered Engineer and Approved Valuer (FIV), he ensures rigorous structural integrity, stability calculations, and authority compliances for multi-story residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.
With a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering (M.E. Structure) and decades of field immersion, Er. Sudhir Soni has overseen structural calculations, soil load assessments, and foundation engineering across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities in Rajasthan.
His leadership provides clients with the rare assurance that every architectural plan drafted at Design Plus is mathematically vetted to meet seismic, wind, and municipal safety codes before breaking ground.
